OVERVIEW OF THE BILLING/COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST ROLE:
- Billing Specialist creates and sends out bills to clients
- Cash receipts
- Billing Specialist assists with case openings
- Management of client funds
- Collections
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR BILLING/COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST ROLE :
- Billing Specialist must have a bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or experience equivalent
- 1-2 years' experience in a customer-facing related field (e.g. banking)
