Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Transaction Management:
  • Skillfully handle the payment of any outstanding balances, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing transactions.
  • Repo Scheduling Expertise:
  • Coordinate repossession schedules with our trusted service providers, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Deposit Refund Facilitation:
  • Initiate the refund process for security deposits once all collection efforts have been exhausted, providing transparent and efficient communication to our clients throughout the process.
  • Payment Reversal Proficiency:
  • Process payment refunds with care and precision, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Task Management and Documentation:
  • Create and execute tasks with precision, documenting all pertinent information and issues to ensure comprehensive tracking and resolution.
  • Customer Outreach and Engagement:
  • Reach out to customers with next-day returns, offering personalized assistance and inviting them to extend their rental if desired, fostering a positive and proactive approach to customer engagement.



Qualifications:
