Billing Specialist

A local law firm is seeking a Billing Specialist to join their team. You will be working Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Duties:

Manage and submit electronic billing
Apply trust funds
Maintain client records in the accounting system
Train new employees on time entry, billing policy, etc.
Generate reports and prepare other tasks as necessary

Job Requirements
Qualifications:

Must have 5 years Accounting experience
Must have excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Must have the ability to work independently and multi-task
Being able to pay a high attention to detail with a high level of accuracy is required
Must have professional verbal and written communication skills
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
