RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BILLINGS SPECIALIST:
- The Billing Specialist will ensure billing schedules and set up in accordance with orders and contracts.
- The Billing Specialist will communicate promptly with customer regarding billing inquiries.
- Analyze financial complex invoices to ensure parts are going to proper locations.
- Send invoices to customers using various methods.
- Ensure accordance of billing document including freight and sales tax.
- Using excel and QuickBooks daily.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE BILLINGS SPECIALSIT:
- 3+ years billing experience
- Attention to detail
- Strong excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
