Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and streamlining billing and collections processes.
• Month-end closing of the billing group information.
• Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes.
• Assisting with the implementation of a new billing system.
• Special billing projects as requested.
• Reviewing and updating client contracts, rates, and changes.
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.
• Resolving complex billing issues and customer complaints.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure billing accuracy.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Billing Specialist or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of billing procedures and best practices.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is preferred.
