Responsibilities of the Billing Specialist:
- Enter high volumes of data into the various systems accurately for billing purposes
- Adjust and handle billing discrepancies and rejections
- Provide excellent customer service and a positive experience
- Support the team in securing timely payments from customers
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Preferred Qualifications of the Billing Specialist:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3-5 years AR/Billing experience preferred
- Intense focus on accuracy and attention to detail; organized
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Products (Excel, Word)
