This position is full-time (40 hours/ week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 7:00am-3:30pm OR 7:30am-4:00pm. Our office is located at 10425 Enterprise Dr, Redlands, CA.
Primary Responsibilities - Interact with customers to gather support data to ensure invoice accuracy and also work through specific billing discrepancies
- Provide input to policies, systems, methods and procedures for the effective management and control of the premium billing function
- Monitor outstanding balances and take appropriate actions to ensure insurance companies are paying the claims.
- Manage the preparation of invoices and complete reconciliation of billing with accounts receivables.

Required Qualifications - High School Diploma / GED
- 1+ year experience in medical insurance billing
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of basic arithmetic concepts
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/ week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 7:00am-3:30pm OR 7:30am-4:00pm.

Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience/knowledge of EPIC
- Basic application of CPTs
Soft Skills: - Ability to multi-task and to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
California Residents Only: The hourly range for California residents is $16.54 - $32.55 per hour.
