This position is full-time (40 hours/ week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 7:00am-3:30pm OR 7:30am-4:00pm. Our office is located at 10425 Enterprise Dr, Redlands, CA.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers to gather support data to ensure invoice accuracy and also work through specific billing discrepancies
  • Provide input to policies, systems, methods and procedures for the effective management and control of the premium billing function
  • Monitor outstanding balances and take appropriate actions to ensure insurance companies are paying the claims.
  • Manage the preparation of invoices and complete reconciliation of billing with accounts receivables.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 1+ year experience in medical insurance billing
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of basic arithmetic concepts
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/ week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 7:00am-3:30pm OR 7:30am-4:00pm.
  • Must be in a commutable distance to the office location -10425 Enterprise Dr, Redlands, CA
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Experience/knowledge of EPIC
  • Basic application of CPTs
Soft Skills:
  • Ability to multi-task and to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
California Residents Only: The hourly range for California residents is $16.54 - $32.55 per hour.
