CFS has partnered with an organization in Windsor, CT who is hiring a Billing Coordinator. This dependable team member will prepare bills and invoices for their main customers.
About the Opportunity and Billing Coordinator role:

- This is a 40 hour per week position

- Start time is between 7:30-9 AM Very flexible.
Tasks of the Billing Coordinator:
- The Billing Coordinator will create invoices and assure timely billing to customers
- Investigate and verify all documentation are received, in order to bill customers accurately
- Maintain accurate and up to date files for all billing projects
- Make recommendations to improve quality of billing and delivery to customers for timely payment
- Demonstrate a commitment to the quality improvement process and the philosophy of continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications of the Billing Coordinator:
- 2 years of related experience is a plus
- AIA Billing is also a plus
- Prior experience in an accounting position
