This position is critical to the success of the Listing Concierge program and ensures that all support functions are completed in a timely and efficient manner while sustaining internal controls of Accounts Payable procedures and ensuring program and regional spend falls within plan. This position reports to the Director of Listing Concierge and also works closely with the Listing Concierge Photography Lead and program partners.

This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer billing audits, reconciliations, and journal entries
  • Process invoices, check requests, and accruals
  • Liaise with Finance Department, Listing Concierge Team, Media Team, and outside vendors
  • Conduct regional financial planning, forecasting, and reporting
  • Support preparation of annual budgets
  • Track actual spending across vendors and accounts
  • Ensure accurate coding across companies and marketing (marketing services chargeback model)
  • Troubleshoot and find billing resolution with vendors as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
  • Degree in a related major preferred
  • Experience reading and analyzing vendor invoices, accounting reports, and budgets
  • Ability to forecast and determine variances between invoices and budgets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple projects
  • Tech savvy with experience in Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and MS Office 365

Compensation Range:
$22.00 - $25.00 ; At Anywhere, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
