What the Billing Coordinator will do
- The Billing Coordinator will enter and code invoices for accounts payable.
- Billing and invoicing
- Reconcile cash receipts for 200 clients.
- Assist with journal entries
- Assist with special projects.
- Assist in monthly closings.
Experience Preferred for the Billing Coordinator Role:
- Experience in Billing, Accounts Payable, or related fields
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 6 months of relevant experience
- Solid computer skills
