Responsibilities of the Billing and Collections Specialist
- The Billing and Collections Specialist will perform all invoicing functions
- Soft collections calls to existing customers
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets with accurate information related to invoicing and billing
- The Billing and Collections Specialist will be cross trained in Accounts Payable
Preferred Qualifications of the Billing and Collections Specialist
- Some prior invoicing experience is highly preferred
- The Billing and Collections Specialist must be eager to learn and have strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
