An established law firm in Downtown Pittsburgh is searching for a Billing and Collections specialist to join their team. We are searching for somebody who has accounts receivable experience in a professional services environment. This role will allow you to play an integral role within their finance team. Responsibilities:
- Perform client billing for assigned attorneys monthly
- Edit time and cost entries
- Assist attorneys with billing inquiries
- Prepare, proof, and modify invoices
- Submit invoices by mail, email, and e-billing sites
- Maintain collections for past due accounts
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of billing experience
- Legal billing is not required but a plus.
- Ability to work independently with great attention to detail
- Experience working within an online billing or accounting system
