As a Billing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of their projects, contributing to the organization's continued success.
As a Billing Analyst you will:
- Be responsible for the accurate and timely billing of construction projects.
- Utilize meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complex invoicing processes, ensuring that all billable items are accurately recorded and accounted for.
- Closely partner with project managers, contractors, and clients, establishing strong working relationships to resolve any billing discrepancies and ensure smooth financial transactions.
- Navigate billing systems and software to assist with streamlining processes.
- The billing analyst will also participate in month-end close activity.
Preferred Qualifications of the Billing Analyst:
- Ideally an Associate's degree or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (though we will consider any business-related major)
- Advanced Excel skills would be helpful - pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Excellent communication skills
- Billing Analyst experience specifically out of the construction industry is a huge plus.
