Adecco is currently assisting a great client in their search for an experienced Billing Analyst in Memphis, TN.

Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract
Start Date: Within two to three weeks.

Location: Off 240 near the intersect of Ridgeway Loop Road and Briarcrest Avenue in Memphis, TN. Please make sure this commute works for you prior to applying.

Pay: $38.68 to $ 38.68/hr

Length: Long Term

Hours: 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities for the Billing Analyst role include:
  • Responsible for full life cycle Requisition to approval to PO to invoice to payment.
  • Work closely with vendors associated with the client's book of business.
  • Develop a strong understanding of all vendors, their billing cycles, payment terms, and their renewals.
  • Creation of requisitions within SAP for our vendors.
  • Monitor requisitions within the approval process.
  • Submit all manual billing and ensure bills are paid timely.
  • Reconciles all billing issues with our vendor.

Qualifications for this Billing Analyst role:

• Strong knowledge working with SAP in a multi-layered, hierarchal organization.

• Financial systems experience with payment terms, billing cycles, AR an AP.

• Strong communicator who works well with team members, vendors, managers, suppliers.

• Ability to work with customers to solve complex billing issues, providing updates to management.

• Associated Degree or 3-5 years of accounting/billing experience required.

• Organized and self-disciplined with excellent attention to detail.

Pay Details: $38.68 per hour
