- This position is primarily remote. With that said, candidates must be comfortable working onsite roughly once per month in the downtown Houston office.
Overview
Our client is looking for a Billing Analyst to join a team responsible for managing customer billing data in the Northeast Region (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire). This individual, working within the Billing Team, will be responsible for creating and generating invoices within an internal billing system. The Billing Analyst will be responsible for working with external utilities to obtain account usage data, as well as internally with Contract Administration, Payments Operations, and Customer Service teams to resolve customer inquires.
