Bilingual Team Lead Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $27.00 to $30.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- Third Shift
Shift-7p-7a (rotating days 2 days working, 2 days off, every other weekend)
Pay- $27-30hr or DOE
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote Safety procedures
- Adhere to company quality policy to ensure products and services meet customer expectation
- Communicate any problems and issues to appropriate resource in a timely manner
- Responsible for Safety, Quality, Work Practices, Documentation, Line KPI's, Housekeeping, Breaks and Policy & Procedures
- Initiate appropriate disciplinary action for non-compliance
- Coordinate Work assignments for team
- Inform Production Superintendent of Discipline needs
- Establish and promote a positive work environment
- Responsible to ensure each team member has tools needed for job responsibility including PPE
- Responsible for daily adherence and corrective action for production and safety
Bilingual Team Lead Qualifications:
Qualifications/Experience:
- Associates Degree desired
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous leadership experience required
- 5+ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Good computer skills
- Knowledge of metric system a plus
- Successful training and coaching skills
- Good teamwork skills
- Ability to build a connection with team members
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Mechanical and troubleshooting experience preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
