Job Description:
Sourcing candidates for sanitation workers only.
Implement and execute recruiting plans and strategies to meet hiring needs.
Create and edit job postings, conduct phone screenings, be part of the intake calls, coordinate interviews with managers, make offers, provide start details, confirm orientation, etc.
Assist in screening candidates, conducting interviews, assisting with first day check ins and onboarding as well as completing employee records and documentation.
Experience:
Experience in high volume recruiting
Proficient in the use of an Applicant Tracking System
Skills:
Excellent multi-tasking skills, communications skills, and interviewing skills
Having a LinkedIn profile is mandatory.
Must have experience with Indeed.
Proficient in spanish
Education:
High School education or equivalent.
