Bilingual Helpdesk Support Analyst

Job Title: Helpdesk Analyst

Note: This is a hybrid role.

Job description:
This is an Application/Production Support position.
Assist with production support analysis and resolution of escalated helpdesk tickets.
Will support the client application by assisting customers/agents who are accessing the system.
Monitoring incoming issues that are resolved by the front line Help Desk staff
Diagnosing the root cause and resolving isolated issues
Escalating customer issues to development staff.
High level of customer experience and should be bilingual in Spanish.

Expected hours: 40 per week
