Bilingual Customer Service
We are looking for capable Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our client's hardware supply operation.
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p
Pay Rate: $17/hr.
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Language Requirement: Bilingual (Spanish and English)
Bilingual Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Experience providing customer service by phone or in-person, sitting at desk for long periods of time.
- Knowledge or curiosity with the ability to learn, about interior design, cabinetry, millwork, kitchen and bath design, or closets.
- Good general math ability; comfortable and adept at working with precise numbers and calculations.
- AS400 (database) experience is preferred but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office for daily responsibilities and tasks.
