Job Title: Bilingual Case Worker - Housing Navigator
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $22.50
Responsibilities:

Receives, reviews and processes evictions on cases for ERAP assistance; Contacts clients and landlords to discuss the program to receive consent of their participation

Completes and submits eviction on diversion form to designated ERAP Case Manager

Coordinates with the designated ERAP Case Manager to provide missing or necessary documentation to process assistance

Assists the JP courts with necessary paperwork towards case resolution on familiarity with current housing market information, housing trends and available affordable housing resources

Knowledge of effective business/professional contact techniques;

Other duties and projects as assigned
Job Requirements:

MUST be Bilingual (Spanish)

Relevant experience in an office environment, must have case worker experience

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent writing skills - strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation

Ability to work independently and excellent time management skills

Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
-
HS diploma or GED required
