- Manage the accounts payable email box doing follow-up and staying on top of tasks.
- Process invoices twice per week.
What the company needs in the Bilingual Accounts Payable Clerk:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is MUST.
- Experience with Great Plains is a PLUS
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
