Job Title: Bicycle Delivery Person

Location: Jimmy John's GA

Reports to: Store Manager

Job Summary:

The Bicycle Delivery Person is responsible for delivering orders to Jimmy John's customers in a prompt and courteous manner. This position requires a reliable person with good customer service skills, and a strong knowledge of local geography.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver Jimmy John's menu items quickly and accurately in accordance with company policies and procedures

• Ensure orders are filled accurately, and delivered to the correct address

• Be professional and courteous to all customers

• Follow all applicable traffic laws and safety regulations

• Keep accurate records of customer orders and deliveries

• Follow safety guidelines for safe and secure bike transport

• Maintain a clean, organized and functional bike

• Communicate with store personnel and management in a professional manner

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent

• Prior experience in a customer service position preferred

• Must possess a valid driver's license

• Must have a reliable form of transportation (bike)

• Must be able to stand, sit, and lift repeatedly and quickly up to 25 pounds

• Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions

• Must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to problem solve

• Must be available nights and weekends
