Role: BI and Data Analytics Manager
Type: Long Term Contract
Location: Irwindale, LA (On-site, 3 days a week)
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and teams.
- Expertise in Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization.
- Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling techniques.
- Experience in managing offshore teams and collaborating across geographically distributed teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
