If you are passionate about project management, creativity, and contributing to the mission of Bethel Church, this would be the role for you. The Project Manager for Bethel's Creative & Story Team supports the Creative & Story Director and Manager to implement team projects that move the mission of Bethel Church forward-to see revival change the world. This role is key in making creative dreams become a reality by ensuring that projects meet objectives, and are implemented with a good management of budgets, timelines, scope of work, and more. They serve as the liaison between the Creative & Story Team and partner ministries to establish expectations and deliverables, as well as maintain a positive relationship.

This role manages the efficient and excellent production of Creative Team deliverables in the disciplines of print, design, photography, video, and digital marketing platforms. As Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our creative projects and marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality creative assets. This position requires a creative mindset, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in project management tools, with a specific emphasis on (url removed).

Salary Range: $39,520 to $41,600 per year

Hours: 30+ hours per week

Responsibilities:

Client Liaison:

Represent the Creative & Story team in meetings, upholding the core values of the team and Bethel.

Connect with ministry staff to articulate project objectives and scope into actionable creative deliverables for the Creative & Story team.

Be a bridge between partner ministries and the Creative & Story team and ensure all parties understand their roles and responsibilities across deliverables for collaborative projects. This includes the communication of expectations, status updates, field feedback, and more.

Occasionally host stakeholders and clients on set for video projects

Organize and schedule necessary client or team meetings needed to move projects forward, as well as lead these meetings when delegated

Project Management:

Develop and execute project plans, ensuring the successful delivery of creative projects from conception to completion.

Collaborate with the Creative & Story Manager to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Utilize (url removed) to create and manage project timelines, tasks, and dependencies.

Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Team Collaboration:

Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, videographers, and other creative professionals.

Act as a bridge between the different Creative & Story functions, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.

Foster a positive, energized and collaborative working environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

Resource Management:

Coordinate with team members to allocate resources effectively, balancing workloads and ensuring team members have the necessary tools and support.

Track project budgets and expenses, providing regular updates to leadership, including highlighting any roadblocks or team needs.

Process Creative Team invoices and receipts in a timely manner.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure creative assets go through the approval process to meet established standards with excellence and align with the organization's brand guidelines.

Implement feedback loops and quality control processes to refine creative output.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate and present regular reports on project status, key performance indicators, and overall team productivity.

Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Knowledge/awareness of the organization's existing communication media types (print, video, web, email)
