Summary As a Total Rewards Coordinator you will play a vital role in helping our organization design, implement, and manage a holistic total rewards strategy. This strategy will encompass compensation, rewards and recognition, as well as well-being programs to attract and retain top talent. You will work closely with the Total Rewards team and other cross-functional teams to ensure our programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with PGTI's core values. What You'll Do The Total Rewards Coordinator will administer PGTI's rewards and recognition program, as well as the well-being initiative across all PGTI Brands. They will work closely with all locations to implement a consistent program across all brands that are compliant and align to PGTI's core values. From time to time they may assist with compensation initiatives. Rewards & Recognition Programs Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and implement team member recognition programs. Maintain and promote a culture of appreciation and recognition throughout the organization. Monitor the effectiveness of recognition initiatives and propose improvements. Well-Being Initiative Assist in the design and administration of wellness programs, including health assessments, fitness challenges, and mental health resources. Promote Team Member well-being through communication and engagement campaigns. Participate in Thrive with PGTI's Well-Being Committee Analyze wellness program metrics to measure the impact and adjust strategies accordingly. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure that all Total Rewards programs comply with relevant laws and regulations. Prepare reports and presentations on Total Rewards metrics and trends for senior leadership. Maintain accurate records and data related to rewards and recognition, and well-being programs. Compensation: Assist in the analysis of market salary data and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages. Participate in the annual salary review process, including conducting market research and providing recommendations. Help administer various compensation programs, including merit increases, bonuses, and equity awards. Who You Are Must Haves: 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on Total Rewards. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data to make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
