Title: Benefits Specialist
Pay: $24.00/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Part Time - 25-30 hours a week.
Location: Work From Home - Remote

What you will do:
  • Support thirteen (13) programs for government jobs benefits enrollment and questions.
  • Make calls and speak with program members to support their enrollment into benefits.
  • Answer questions for program members and assist with understanding of eligibility.
  • Track details on an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Use ADP for looking up eligibility and program member data.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and EAP.
  • Familiar with ADP is a plus.
  • General skills with Excel is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
