Job Description:
This is primarily an inbound contact center role where candidates will be answering questions about benefits, enrolling callers in benefits, troubleshooting website issues, and making call backs if needed.
- Our client has a large number of clients whose benefits differ; candidates will be responsible for using client specific online resources to answer questions, direct callers to the appropriate contact, and enroll or educate them.
- Every call must be authenticated to confirm the correct person in on the line as well as documented in the appropriate system.
- Candidates must be able to remain professional and provide quality service.
Minimum Candidate Qualification:
Preferred candidates will have 2 years of college completed and previous contact center experienceMinimum requirements include a combination of 2 years customer service and office environment experience.
