The adult residential programs provides a structured, safe environment for adults living with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities: Observe consumers, collect data, and create graphs to measure progress or lack thereof Create, write and monitor appropriate Behavior Plans for consumers Bi-monthly training in Behavior Management for new employees; Train staff to implement each Behavior Plan Review effectiveness of all plans on a weekly basis Be familiar with Crisis Intervention Be available for consultation in emergency situations Attend Behavior Intervention Committee meetings and Quality Treatment Review meetings Attend weekly treatment team meetings Complete all other tasks as assigned Benefits: Competitive salary Medical and dental insurance Vision plan Retirement plan Flexible spending plans EXCELLENT time benefits Opportunity for personal and career growth Team oriented environment - we practice the FISH. Philosophy Qualifications: Experience in Applied Behavior Management; Experience with DDD consumers; Valid Driver's License required. All positions require a valid driver's license in good standing and pre-employment drug screening.
