360 Degree Therapy is currently seeking dedicated, experienced, and professional Behavioral Technicians to join our team. As a Behavioral Technician, you will play a crucial role in implementing behavior intervention plans and providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a licensed professional to implement behavior strategies, collect data, and track progress. Your responsibilities will include conducting structured sessions, assisting with skill acquisition, managing challenging behaviors, and providing support to clients and their families. Requirements

To be considered for the position of Behavioral Technician, you must have: - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field is preferred) - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges - Knowledge and understanding of behavior modification techniques - Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement strategies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong professional ethics and the ability to maintain confidentiality - Physical and emotional resilience - Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a plus Please note that this position may involve working with individuals of various ages and in different settings, including schools, homes, and community-based locations. You will be expected to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBA's, therapists, and families. Qualifications
- Classroom management
- Experience working with students in a special education setting
- Strong communication and behavior management skills
- Background in childcare or early childhood education
- Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
- Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
