Assists in the creation and maintenance of a an open, friendly, positive, and collaborative team environment where all Early Childhood Clinicians, childcare staff, children, and families feel welcome, supported, and comfortable. 2. Activities will be delivered at the child outpatient clinics, childcare programs, and remotely as assigned. 3. Complete qualifying activities, progress notes, service delivery plans, communication, and referrals in the required program timeframes. 4. Assist in gathering required information for program records. 5. Work collaboratively with Clinical Manager/Director to set up working schedule that meets the needs of the clients and childcare programs. 6.Assists educator in providing behavioral intervention to young children in assigned setting. Models engaging children in assigned activities and participates in interactive play. 7. Works to build strong, functional working relationships with the childcare staff who have received early childhood consultation. 8. Works closely with the Early Childhood Clinician and the childcare staff to implement, monitor and modify the service delivery plan as needed. 9. Assist the childcare staff to develop competence and confidence in their ability to address serious behavior and learning problems in a group setting. 10. Assists the Early Childhood Clinician with the distribution and collection of outcome measures. License/Certification/Education: Required: 1. Teachers Aide I: High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have a current, valid, US-issued driver's license and a registered, inspected and insured automobile for work related purposes. 2. Satisfactory CORI background check. Required: 1. At least one year of experience working with young children in a childcare setting.
