We have a full-time opportunity in the Carmel area, in Putnam County. Responsibilities include performing Functional Behavior Assessments; developing and monitoring Behavior Support Plans, Medication Monitoring Plans, and Risk Management Plans; providing training to staff on plans or other relevant topics; attending team meetings and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team; providing Intensive Behavioral Services (IBS) and Family Support Services (FSS). This seasoned professional reports to and regularly collaborates with the Director of Behavioral Health Services. HOURS: 40/Monday through Friday/9:00 am to 5:00 pm/Flexible, based on needs of program STARTING SALARY: BIS - $ 61,214.40 to $ 88.545.60 per year Minimum Requirements + Master's Degree in Psychology or Applied Behavioral Analysis or related field is required + Minimum of one year of experience providing behavioral services to people with disabilities is a plus + BCBA is preferred + Bilingual a plus.
