Minimum Qualifications: Completion of a doctoral degree from an APA-accredited doctoral training program and a completed APA-approved internship prior to the position start date. Desired Qualifications: Demonstrated interest and experience in providing psychological services to students of color, non-traditional students, student veterans, students with disabilities and/or student-athletes. Demonstrated interest or experience in providing behavioral health services and psycho-educational programming to university students Demonstrated ability to work independently and work well in a team setting Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Experience working in mental health counseling/therapy Experience in crisis assessment/management/intervention, short-term treatment, and confidentiality requirements Demonstrated skills in working well under pressure to prioritize and manage multiple clinical situations and to coordinate these efforts as a part of a multidisciplinary team Energy to flexibly manage the professional demands of a challenging workload while maintaining positive and healthy perspectives and relationships Collaborative spirit of warmth, acceptance, respect, and trust towards colleagues Demonstrated sensitivity and commitment to multicultural issues/social justice and proven ability to interact with diverse individuals and groups Self-motivated, self-directed commitment to high professional ideals, standards and ethics Excellent oral and written communication skills Special Instructions to Applicants: Please include: 1) cover letter, 2) resume, and 3) list of three professional references, two of which must be current or former clinical supervisors.
