About the Position: NCBH is looking for a Behavioral Case Manager II for our Guymon Outpatient office. Under general direction this position provides telephone and on-site screening and intervention; interviews consumers and families to explore the needs and resources for those requesting services and participates with an interdisciplinary team in treatment and discharge planning.

- Annual Salary: up to $40,000 (Salary range is based on experience, tenure and certification)
- Full compensation range of $50,639 - $63,349 includes base salary, retirement and State paid benefit allowance to help pay for your benefit elections. (based on the number of covered dependents)
- Primary Working Hours: M, W, TR, F 8:00 am -5:00 pm; Tu 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Must possess a US driver's license to perform job related travel if necessary.
