Behavioral Health Associate

Currently hiring for all shifts: day (6:30-4) swing (3-12) and grave (12-9) shifts - must be available to work Saturday or Sunday. The BHA position at Youth Care is responsible for the supervision of students and providing support while they work toward accomplishing treatment plan goals. Residential staff maintain positive interactions with team members, students, parents, and professionals. Demonstrate a strong overall work ethic and develop and maintain a positive, healthy relationship with students, serving as a role model. The ideal candidate will communicate in a clear and professional manner, is able to deal effectively with stressful situations and is skilled at conflict mediation.
