JOB DESCRIPTION: Title: Behavior Analyst Qualifications: Effective communication and problem solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in an educational setting Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education or related field required At least 3 years' experience working with individuals with autism and related disorders or developmental disabilities with comorbid mental health needs NYS Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) licensure or ability to obtain licensure Ability to utilize a flexible approach Able to work and communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, outside agencies, and other groups. Ability to evaluate, plan, and execute treatments Responsibilities Shall include but are not limited to the following: Implement applied behavior analytic services; Provide direct modeling and support as needed; Provide training for staff; Perform psychosocial assessments, functional behavior assessments, functional analyses, and skill assessments; Works collaboratively with staff and families to achieve positive outcomes; Develops function-based behavioral interventions; Strives to maintain and improve professional competence through participation in area conferences, workshops, etc., and membership on district committees and in professional organizations; Other assigned duties and/or responsibilities which may be deemed appropriate by the supervisors; Maintain Data Security as applicable; Maintain confidentiality with staff, students, and family information. Reports to: Assistant Superintendent for Personnel Salary: Minimum starting salary $44,929 as per the Victor Teachers' Association Agreement. (Negotiable based on experience)
