Behavior Treatment Technician

Overview

What will a Behavior Technician do?

- Coach, model and support clients using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

- Provide 1:1 treatment outlined in their individualized plan

- Work on social skills, self-care, motor skills, learning and academic skills and more.

We look for individuals who:

- Can work independently

- Are accountable

- Ability to have fun, engage and interact with children and adolescents

- Have had a valid driver's license for at least 3 years, reliable transportation, and Proof of Auto Insurance (a must have if providing in-home services)

- Have a GED/HS diploma

- ABA experience preferred but not required

Locations:

- Our ABA center is located at 175 S. Barker Rd Brookfield 53045 (Located within the Richardson School Building)

- In-home services primarily in Waukesha and Milwaukee Counties
