Qualifications:-

Do you have what it takes? Although we don't require specific experience, we do look for certain characteristics, including:
A genuine desire to help children with autism and their families achieve goals.
A steady supply of compassion, empathy, enthusiasm, kindness, goodwill, and reliability.
Strong curiosity and a desire to learn about autism and ABA.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience working with autistic kids (preferred, not required)
Willing to travel to home-based sessions

Who You Are:-
Energetic and wants to work with autistic kids
Wants to learn about the science of Applied Behavior Analysis.
May have prior experience working with children or are looking for your first job working with them
Looking for a part-time position with opportunities to increase your hours over time on an evening shift.

Responsibilities:-
Behavior technician will support and implement patient care plans
Behavior Technician will provide 1:1 Behavioral intervention programs in the home-based setting.
Develop rapport, communicate effectively, and collaborate with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst & family members involved with the client's treatment
Behavior Technician will collect Behavioral data

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
