Our RBTs are taught to deliver teaching across developmental domains while taking data on all learning targets with the overall goal to increase skills while decreasing problem behaviors that interfere with learning.

The desired applicant should be available anywhere between 8am - 7pm on the days they are available, as this is the timeframe that sessions tend to occur.

After training, all behavior technicians who meet performance criteria can sit for the RBT exam (with reimbursement for 1 test fee). If the exam is passed within 90 days of employment, employees will be eligible for a promotion and increased compensation.
