We are seeking Registered Behavior Technician -RBT that are already certified for full time position in our Lakeland, GA clinic. Will provide full training and certification for qualified candidates.

Qualifications:

Education:

Must have High-School Diploma.
College degree or current attendance preferred for advancement.
Must be RBT or QASP-S to receive sign on bonus
Must pass background check
Must have or be able to obtain BLS certification

Other Qualifications:

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred however Compass provides Free RBT training, and certification
Be able and willing to work with children with developmental disability, Autism
Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experienced candidates working toward the degree will be considered.
Previous ABA experience is preferred/ will provide free training.
Well organized individual who completes daily paperwork and data collection notes in a detailed, accurate, consistent and timely manner
Has reliable transportation
Must pass Background Check
Must be able to work afternoons
Must have reliable transportation. Home based therapy and in clinic

Responsibilities include

Providing direct therapy to clients under BCBA/BCaBA supervision.
Collecting Data during sessions.
Collecting daily session notes, maintaining clients' program documents.
Supervision assistance after receiving QASP.
Experienced candidates that are working on their dgree will be also considered.
Preferred that candidates are currently certified as RBT but will train and offer RBT and QASP Certification.
EXPERIENCE:A minimum of 1 year experience providing direct services to children with developmental delays.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check,
Complete BLS/CPR training and maintain

Positions begin at part-time with the possibility of moving to full-time, as soon as available.

WE OFFER:

HOURLY RBT $18-$23 per hour depending on experience
QASP $23-$30 per hour- depending on experience
