Job Summary Job Summary At Olive Crest, we ask our staff to embark on a journey with our at-risk youth and adolescents to better our future generation. The journey may look like something you've experienced in your own story, it may look like a moment you witnessed from a friend or family member, it may look like a situation you've studied, or nothing you've ever experienced before. So many young people go through life without the support or resources they need to reach their goals. These goals could look like getting to school on time, tackling hard life questions, breaking bad habits, learning coping skills or pro-social behaviors, or learning how to become independent young adults. We ask that our staff serve our youth to the best of their ability, offering their care, patience, and wisdom. We ask that our staff be willing to insert themselves in difficult conversations for the sake of our youth. Our counselors might be working in the homes of young children, at a school setting, or in our Group Homes / Short Term housing with teens. Check us out at: Qualified Candidates must: - Be 21 years or older. - Have a valid California Driver License. - Have 3-years of driving experience. Highly Preferred Qualifications: - Candidate possesses a bachelor's degree in social services or related field. - Candidate speaks Spanish Health Benefits include:
