Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide care, support and supervision to clients in a residential treatment setting
Assist and monitor self-administration of medication
Provide emotional support to clients
Facilitate program schedules and ensure clients have a safe and supportive environment
Facilitate daily living skills groups and structured recreational activities
Monitor clients, record observations and report client progress and concerns to treatment team
Assist clients in working through crisis situations
Perform administrative office tasks such answering phones, copying, filing
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years old
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License and Insurable driving record
Reliable transportation
Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Office Suite, Outlook and Teams
Ability to learn and navigate electronic health record systems
