As our Clinical Director, you'll be responsible for overseeing our ABA division and playing a pivotal role in its development. Total compensation is $94,000 - $107,000, which includes your base salary and $12,000 annual bonus based on efficiency & quality care metrics.

  • Clinical Autonomy:Craft tailored recommendations and personalized programming utilizing your preferred assessments and programs. Count on our organization's support to ensure families embrace them and thrive with your expert guidance.
  • Data-Driven Management:Utilize our advanced OBM (Organizational Behavior Management) platform for insightful data analysis and decision-making. We've made leading and coaching easier through automated scorecards, goals, and metrics at an organizational, center, and employee-level.
  • Mentorship and Professional Development:Take on the role of mentor to full-time fieldwork students. Nurture their growth while receiving the support you need in report writing and supervision.

Requirements:
  • At least3 years of management experienceand1 year of experience as a BCBA, in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • You are interested in growing as a leader and areexcited to train, manage, and mentoryour team of pediatric professionals.
