BAYADA is seeking a full-time Clinical Leader to join us as we commit to bringing compassionate, value-based, mission driven, quality ABA services to Monmouth County and the surrounding area.

Location: Wall, NJ

Job Responsibilities:

Serve as the clinical leader and mentor for a team of BCBAs. Conduct onsite case consults, report reviews, 1:1 mentorship, group clinical meetings, and ongoing training

Cultivate a culture of Compassion, Excellence and Reliability for our staff and clients

Collaborate with Director of Clinical Operations and Manager of Behavioral Operations to ensure clinical quality and ethical compliance

Establish and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders

Responsible for oversight and quality of center-based and in community ABA services, including quality assurance and standardization of programs

Monitor implementation of clinical and operational policies

Ensure compliance, BACB compliance code and supervision standards

Conduct competency assessments, new hire training, and ongoing training for RBTs

Collaborate with Division Director and office director to develop growth

Qualifications:

Must be a certified BCBA in good standing, 3+ years experience preferred

Strong supervisory experience specific to assessment and implementation of behavior analytic programs in tiered service models

Demonstrated leadership skills including effective communication and solution-oriented problem-solving

Successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities

OBM specific experience a plus
