Job Description

Provide excellence in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to young children with special needs and their families in home, day care or community settings.
ABA Training/Supervision in collaboration with ABA Clinical Director.
Provide BCBA Supervision throughout New York City or Westchester, as needed.
Run ABA Programs as they are written in the child's individualized program book (which includes daily data collection).
Work effectively with parents/caregivers in a 1:1 setting to educate them on how to help children learn and grow.
Attend team meetings in accordance to the child's IFSP.
Collaborate well with all team members on child's progress.
Prepare and submit daily session notes, progress reports and other paperwork timely and accurately.
Provide services in accordance with county and New York State Regulations.

Required Valid and Current Registration Certificate OR License (1 minimum):
BCBA and/or Licensed Behavior Analyst
Ph.D. in Psychology, Master's degree in Special Education, Social Work or other approved degree under NYS EIP
At least 2 year's experience writing and implementing ABA Program Books
At least 2 year's experience working with families of young children with PDD/Autism
At least 1 year experience of training ABA staff
Knowledgeable about Early Intervention/CPSE regulations a plus
Experience in:
Principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis.
Discrete Trial Training.

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
