IMMEDIATE START Qualifications:
- HS Diploma
- Previous team/crew leader experience in a manufacturing/production setting
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently
- Bilingual a plus.
- Microsoft office knowledge
- Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions within the scope of the position
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions
Responsibilities:
- The Batching/ Production Crew Leader is responsible for batching activities( mixture of food, beverages and pharmaceuticals.)
- Performs cleaning and sanitation of batching equipment and fillers
- Follows all Company Quality policies, SQF (Safe Quality Food) standards and SOP's
- Participates in food safety training
- Maintains proper documentation abut Production records
- Communicate food safety policies and responsibilities
- Includes food safety requirements in employee performance measurement
- Work is performed in a fast- paced, high volume, manufacturing environment

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
