Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
A bit about us:We are a national building automation and energy services provider with private financial backing that provides full-scope building smart building automation to help building owners and managers improve efficiency and reduce operational costs while improving comfort for tenants.
As an experienced sales account executive on our team, you will be responsible for aggressive sales growth in our Southern California region (LA/OC). Ideally, you will have strong sales experience within the building automation/HVAC controls industry doing owner-direct sales and/or the plan & spec market.
Responsibilities will include developing/maintaining relationships with ESCOs, facility managers, end users, and more.

Job DetailsMUST HAVE:
- 3+ years of sales experience in the Building Automation (BAS/BMS) and HVAC controls industry
- Experience selling into ESCOs, hospitals, industrial facilities, etc.
- Service-side sales experience
NICE TO HAVE:
- BAS platforms: Siemens, Schneider Electric, Trane, JCI, ALC, Honeywell, Alerton, Distech, Delta Controls, etc.
- Owner Direct and/or Plan & Spec experience
