Maintain a tidy and inviting environment for guests.
Create a variety of delightful coffee and tea-based beverages.
Attend to customer needs with warmth and efficiency.
Provide menus and handle billing and payments.

Requirements for the Barista Role:

Minimum 6 months of experience as a Barista preferable in a Cafe setting.
A mastery of various coffee machines and brewing techniques and be able to produce high-quality coffee consistently.
Ability to perform Latte art is a plus.
Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
Knowledge of the hospitality industry
Access to a smartphone and email for communication.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Own required "uniforms": black and white button-up shirt, black non-slip shoes, bistro apron, slacks, and black belt.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
