A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BAKERY TEAM MEMBER As a Bakery Team Member, you are the foundation of what we do - we can't operate without great team members to assist our customers. With a positive attitude, you greet customers as they enter the store and take their orders. You handle money with accuracy, making sure to give back the correct change. With a focus on quality, you prepare and bake our cookies. As you work, you prioritize keeping the store clean.
