Position Overview:The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead our efforts in expanding market share, driving sales growth, and building brand awareness within the bakery ingredients industry.

This role requires a strong background in sales and key account management, some experience in product marketing, and a deep understanding of the bakery sector.Primary Responsibilities: Work with the technical advisor bakery team on the proper scaling, mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking of artisan style breads.Work with the technical advisor pastry team on the proper scaling, mixing, baking, and decorating of basic cookies, brownies, and cakes.

Work with the R&D Fillings & Decors formulation team to understand the make up of Fillings & Decors and the basic food science behind the products.Work with the R&D Dry Pastry team on the proper running of formulation tests and baking of test cakes, cookies, and brownies. Competencies/Profile: Education experienceMinimum - High School or GED.
