The Opportunity: As our Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking bakery products in a very busy, fast-paced environment, according to standard recipe formulas and production guidelines. Stocks and re-stocks all supplies in the assigned areas. Safely operates, cleans and sanitizes equipment and work spaces. Handles, prepares, and cooks food and performs general and deep-cleaning kitchen duties in compliance with department and facility policies and procedures and state and federal laws and regulations. Provides the cooks assistance with portioning and entry level food preparation.
Key Requirements:
- Three years of relevant experience required
- High School diploma or equivalent or three years of relevant experience
- Attendance
- Exceptional teamwork and customer service skills
